Hey readers,

It has been hectic for Inspire Mysmile over the past few weeks as we have been bringing you great interviews with various artists and entrepreneurs.  It’s about to get even better as I have just secured the next 3 interviews for next month. 2016 will see more exciting interviews. Thank you to all the readers worldwide for reading and sharing the blog, it’s really appreciated and as always I do welcome your feedback and comments.

Anyway it’s been awhile since I last did ‘New Favourites’, so lets check out what new tunes Inspire MySmile is feeling.

Ellie Goulding ‘On My Mind’

On my mind cover

I call this my guilty pleasure but not in a cheesy way, for Ellie this a TUNE!! I’m not to keen on Ellie Goulding music but when I heard ‘On My Mind’ I turned up my speakers and I was singing out loud. Gwarn Ellie!!

The brand new  album DELIRIUM will be out November 6, including the new single On My Mind.

The Game Feat. Will .I. am, Ice Cube and Dr Dre  ‘Don’t Trip’

I have to admit I haven’t been following the latest hip hop album releases, however I knew The Game had released Documentary 2 and I have heard a few track off the album but the one that one that stands out is ‘Don’t Trip’. Will .I. am produced the track which he really brings that old and real Hip Hop sound and it features the Compton crew Ice Cube and Dr Dre which makes it even more real 90’s. Don’t Trip reminded me of a scene in the film Brown Sugar, if you have watched that film then you should be able to relate to the element of the film and the sound of Don’t Trip.

The Game released his LP  ‘The Documentary’ in 2005 which featured Nate Dogg, Dr Dre , 50 Cent and Kanye West. His bold freestyle caught the ear of Dre, who signed him to Aftermath in 2003 and executive-produced his debut. It was delayed a few times, but The Documentary finally dropped in January 2005. After a long wait part 2 is here and it has received some good feedback.  Salute to DJ Ace (BBC 1xtra) got me hooked on this track.

Mura Masa ‘Love for that Feat. Shura

I am very new to the mega talented electronic producer Mura Masa. I love producers who experiment different sounds and just come up with something that authentic and musically eccentric. Inspire Mysmile was only introduced to Mura very recent and as some of you may know I love my electronic sounds, especially productions that sound odd but still work.  Check him out!!
